Due to the nature of our product (handcrafted, perishable food), we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. This ensures the highest food safety standards for all our customers.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We guarantee our jars arrive fresh, safe, and intact. If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Spoiled
  • Missing an item
  • Incorrect

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description

We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund — no hassle, just kindness.

Refunds (When Approved)

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.
